In response to many of ARMA's members we are now providing online complaints forms. This form is to advise ARMA of incidents of refrigerant loss to help us gather data from around Australia. Is your complaint about unsafe or unlicenced work as well? If so please use the complaints form relevent to your State or Territory, there is a section on the form to also record the amount of refrigerant loss.
